Michele Andujo Gil
  With more than a decade of experience at the Los Angeles-based Chrisman & Company, Inc., an executive search consultancy to financial and related industries, Michele Andujo Gil, an executive recruiter leads searches for mid to senior and executive management positions, as well as for corporate board appointments for prominent clients in banking, financial services, healthcare and global energy industries. In particular, she also focuses on human resources searches across all industry lines. Mrs. Gil manages retained executive searches, defining search strategy, including research and candidate identification and evaluation. Additionally she consults with clients’ senior management teams on issues concerning staffing needs and career development. Mrs. Gil began her career at Chrisman & Company in 1992 as a part-time research assistant, joining the firm full-time immediately following her graduation from the University of Southern California. Working closely with the firm’s founder, Timothy Chrisman, a search industry veteran, Mrs. Gil has developed extensive knowledge of the search and recruitment process, and its internal and external complexities.
