Alfred Teti
  Al Teti, an executive recruiter emeritus with Los Angeles-based Chrisman & Company, Inc. who operates from New Jersey, brings to the firm the unparalleled understanding of financial industry executives that comes with nearly five decades in the highest offices of banks, thrifts and financial service organizations. He has held the title of CEO or COO with some of the most recognizable and successful firms in the industry. Prior to his work with Chrisman & Company, Mr. Teti worked with leading companies and institutions such as American Financial, 1st Pennsylvania and Manufacturers Hanover Financial Services, where he managed more than 700 offices as the firm’s COO. He has had as many as 1,000 personnel reporting to him and directly managed assets of as much as $4.7 billion. Among the highlights of his resume, during a turn-around assignment, he cut a regional institution’s operating expenses by $33 million (25%) in just 15 months.
