Peter W. Kelly

Peter Kelly has more than 20 years of executive search and financial services industry experience. He has conducted searches for CEO, COO, CFO, corporate board appointment, chief audit executives, senior credit and risk positions as well as various line leadership positions on behalf of financial institutions throughout the western United States. He commands a wealth of market knowledge and is well-positioned to serve the recruiting needs of a wide variety of financial institutions.

Prior to joining Chrisman & Company, Mr. Kelly was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles through the acquisition of Highland Partners, where he was the co-leader of the Global Banking Practice. Additionally, his search career has included Co-Managing Partner of Rollo Associates and Partner in the Financial Services Specialty Practice for Korn/Ferry.

Prior to joining the executive search industry, Mr. Kelly spent 15 years at Union Bank, where his responsibilities included management of a variety of corporate, international, and investment banking functions.

Mr. Kelly earned bachelor’s degrees in international business from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and in business administration from Saint Mary’s College of California. He was a member of the Saint Mary’s College of California Board of Trustees. He resides in Palo Verdes Estates with his wife Sally.
